Woo So Jeong is a doctor. Even though it is illegal, she helps terminally ill patients, who are suffering from pain, with euthanasia. She does this with Dr. Choi Dae Hyeon. Detective Cho Hyeon U works to track them down. Cho Hyeon U is a terminally ill patient with a brain tumor.
